Zapier is a solution that allows you to automate actions following triggering events by creating scenarios called "Zap".

3 tools are available from Zapier :

• Trigger: Alert following an event (ex : a contact has just unsubscribed)
• Action : Execution of a process (ex : I want to send an email)
• Search : Retrieve information (ex : I want to find the information of my contact thanks to his email)

Triggers and searches only return information.
